Currently, many countries from around the world offer priceless experiences that are designed around core consumer interests or passions, including: travel, culinary, health and wellness, music and entertainment, sports, arts and culture, and shopping.

Are priceless experiences offered internationally or tailored to specific locations?
Our priceless experiences are location-based and available across the globe, spanning from North America, Europe, to Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Check the “locations” dropdown from our home page to see our core offerings.

How can I buy an experience on your website?
To purchase an experience, simply visit priceless.com and choose from our catalog of priceless experiences. Once you have found the experience you want, proceed to checkout. Please be aware that in certain instances, you may be redirected to our partner's page for checkout, depending on the specific experience.

Do I need to have a Mastercard to make a purchase?
Yes, all transactions must be purchased using your Mastercard.

Do I need to have a priceless account to purchase an experience?
No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my experience?
Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made as all sales are final.

Are there any extra charges or undisclosed costs linked to my purchase?
No, there are no additional fees when making a purchase. However, please be aware that depending on the location of your experience, your card issuer may apply an additional fee for currency exchange.

Is my purchase refundable?
Priceless experiences are final sale and nonrefundable.

Do certain experiences come with age or other limitations?
Certain experiences may have age restrictions. We advise reviewing the terms and conditions on the product page before making a purchase.

How can I use or plan my purchased experience?
Redemption procedures vary depending on the experience. In some instances, you will need to schedule your experience date before completing your purchase. In other cases, you will book your experience after receiving your order confirmation email, which will include the contact details for the partner responsible for scheduling your booking.

Is there an expiration date for the purchased experience?
The expiration date can vary depending on the experience. To determine the expiration date or any other relevant details, please review the terms and conditions for the experience you are interested in.

What is Mastercard presale?
Mastercard presale is a live music ticket access program giving cardholders access to concert presale tickets, preferred seats, and various VIP experiences before tickets become available to the public.  Typically, the presale period is two days prior to tickets being available in the general public sale.

Will funds be debited from my account at signup?
Registration comes at no cost, and your card will not be debited any funds.

How is my personal information protected?
Mastercard prioritizes the security of personal data gathered on priceless.com, using multiple layers of protection for all collected information. For additional details, kindly refer to our Global Privacy Notice page

Why do I have to save my card number to complete registration?
Registering online lets you save Mastercard info for faster checkout but is not required.

I cannot find the country I am looking for on your location list.
Our market selection is guided by factors like travel indexes and Mastercard activity, focusing on popular destinations. We regularly update our list with new places and encourage you to check back for changes.

How do I activate an experience?
To activate your purchase, on the experience page, you will find a rectangular orange call to action button on the top right side (desktop) or further down the page (mobile). It might say 'Download this voucher,' 'Book here,' 'Call to book,' or something similar. By clicking the button, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to activate your priceless experience.

How do I check the status of my purchase?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have set up a priceless.com account, you can check the status of your purchase by logging into your account,  click on orders to view your order history.

Can I purchase an experience as a gift for someone?
At the checkout screen, you can purchase an experience as a gift, which can be sent to you or your recipient by email. Please be mindful to include the gift recipient’s name and email in the appropriate fields so they receive information about how to redeem the gift.

Are there additional fees, such as exchange rate charges, for purchasing experiences in foreign currencies?
Your card will be charged according to the exchange rate on the transaction date. Additionally, your card issuer may apply an additional fee. Please reach out to your issuer for more information.

How does the waitlist work?
If the experience you want is not currently available, you can ask to be placed on the waitlist. By providing your email you will receive priority notification when the experience becomes available.

How do I change my password?
Changing your account password can be done in just a few simple steps.
        • On the homepage of priceless.com click the “Log In” button at the top of your screen.
        • In the pop-up window, if your email address is not already entered, input it, then click the “Forgot Password?” button located at the bottom right.
        • In the subsequent window, input and confirm your new password.
Remember to take note of your new password for future use.

How do I make changes to my account profile?
Updating your account profile can be done in a few steps.
        • Log into your account, locate and click on the person icon in the upper right.
        • From the drop-down menu, select "Account Info" to access and modify your profile/account details.
​​​​After making the desired changes, remember to hit the "Save changes" button before closing the window.

How do I place an auction bid?
The bidding process involves two steps!
1. On the product page in the “Place Your Bid” section enter your bid amount and then click on “Start Your Bid.”
2. Next, complete the checkout by entering your payment information.
